Interview
phone screening, then two rounds of interviews. the first round is with several members in the team, and it's mostly behavioral. The second round is with 9 team members, and a few stats questions were asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University in Mar 2022
Interview
The Interview process was smooth and the questions asked were a mix of behavioral and technical. The HR interview was a little more challenging. They are not always transparent with the salary ranges and confess that the salary ranges are person- based when it is an internal promotion. Negotiation was challenging.
