I applied online. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University
Interview
It was pretty informal and comfortable. They were very nice and were very excited to hear about my experiences. It lasted about an hour but most of it was just getting to know each other.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to make a hard decision in your job?
I had an interview with the center I would be working with and then a cursory interview with the School's HR. The HR interview was just a formality, but quite intense.

Question 1
How would you set up a database to track a vaccine.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was contacted about two weeks after applying by HR for a quick 20 min phone interview, after which I was called in for two rounds of follow up interviews in person on campus before hiring me the week of my final interview. My final interview included a brief skill assessment.
The whole process took roughly a month. My interviewers were charming, engaged, asked me interesting questions in addition to the more boilerplate variety and were very happy to stick around and answer my questions as well. My primary interviewer kept in close touch with me throughout the process.
