Interview
Email schedule for the phone interview. Direct contacted by the PI but no site interview was offered. Couple days later contacted by PI again with offer letter. It was pretty easy. However, without on site interview was not easy to image the lab environment.

Interview
Very awkward, the interviewer was late to the interview and just read off questions, didn't engage at all. It felt like she didn't care about the interview or the passion I had for previous work endeavors. I felt like I just wasted my time going to this interview.

Interview
Applied at the beginning of April. I was emailed by the lab manager in late April to set up an in-person interview. The interview was in early May and started with a writing portion of the interview. Afterwards, the panel came in to ask questions, but nothing too difficult. I received an offer in early June. Make sure to know about the lab that you are applying to and what they do. Also, be updated on all skills on your resume. Don't let the panel make you nervous!
