The UPS Store Sales Associate interview questions

Pretty short and comfortable. The manager was really nice and it seemed like we were having more of a conversation as opposed to an interview. Even told me more what UPS store does itself and what they offer in terms of helping customers. The overall process for the first part of the interview was also software heavy in terms of Microsoft Office. Better to have some knowledge on Microsoft Word, excel, and more. I have another in person interview coming up as well!

Asked some basic information like why I want to work, what is my plan for the next 2 years, if I have any previous related work experience, where do I live
