I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Interview
Phone screening to schedule a day for a 3 round interview. First two rounds were good. I genuinely had a good time having a discussion with the second interviewer and at the end of that interview it was clear that the final interviewer was late but it was fine.
When the final interviewer showed up on the video call munching on a bag of chips, they spent the first 15 minutes talking down about my professional experience basically making assumptions about my experience instead of asking about it. The final interviewer followed up on this with pedantic questions about specific version numbers. I got the sense they were more interested in feeling smarter than me over actually interviewing me on, say, how I solve problems or how I work with others.
The other interviewers were great but even if they had extended an offer, I wouldn't have taken it on the chance that I had to work with the third interviewer.
