Easy going people, excellent communication with all members of the local team, clear messages, very confortable with the whole process. Unfortunately the salary wasn't aligned with my expectations at the moment of the interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Santiago) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied to position through linkedin, I was contacted by HR and after a 30 min interview I went to the technical round, during this last interview a data scientist was present for a live code test, the employee of Thougth works did not seem aware of the interview which was going to take me and had no knowledge of the statement so I had to take the initiative of the interview, after 30 min I decided to end the interview because the person sent by the company did not deliver guidelines or comments.
I would not apply to this company again.
