Interview
The interview was very easy and one can easily crack it through. Only the process looks tough but actual interview is very easy. There are 4 rounds-
Round 1: Code Pairing Round
In this a Java coding problem was given, I was asked to share screen and code in front of interviewer. The coding problem was bit hard and I wasn't able to solve it completely but I gave interviewer an algorithm and I was selected for next round
Round 2:
This will be 2 on 1 round. In this I was asked to explain my automation framework, I explained him well and gave him some big words of OOPS(like casting, boxing) and no cross question was asked to me. Most of the questions were just theoretical and I felt like that even the interviewer was having just high level knowledge of Java and Selenium.
After that I was asked a manual testing questions and I just gave some big words like boundary value, branching, whiteBox, performance testing etc and again I was asked no cross question.
Round 3:
It's leadership round and I was asked about my views on some social topics like reservations, women empowerment. etc. Again here also no cross questions were asked and it was pretty straight forward 15 mins round only.
Round 4:
