Thoughtworks QA Analyst interview questions

It is only the telephonic round. The interviewer is very amiss that he was not able to ask the question properly. The interviewer is not very clear in what to ask and what should we expect from the candidate. The interviewer is poor in extracting the answer from candidate. example, for the question how does the Webdriver work, I have explained the Interface concept and each browser has it's own way of implementing the Webdriver methods, the interviewer is not able to understand the concept and was asking how does the webdriver work repeatedly.
