I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview is always done by two individuals. Very relaxing and calm approach from the employer. Interview usually lasts around an hour. If they are happy with how the interview went then you’ll be contacted for a second interview this again is with two individuals and this is more around what kind of person you are and how well you would fit within the team. After this stage if you are selected then the last stage will be a HR interview.

Question 1
Question are usually based around your CV and more on the lines of what experience you have and what skills and knowledge you can bring into the team.
It was tough interview. I was under big pressure and couldn't explain my motivation. Be ready to fit questions because it wasn't enough to tell things that you learn at home. Technical questions were simple from basic corporate finance.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (New York, NY)
Interview
applied online then hr contacted me for a brief interview, was invited back to onsite interview a week after. I had 5 1-1 interviews, some of the interviewers were really nice and some of the interviewers were really unprofessional-she was her phone and checking herself on the screen all the time when I was answering questions.
