UBS Project Manaher interview questions

3 x 30m informal call with different team members (HR, Colleague, Manager). Questions were about my CV, some experience led questions on the job role. Each interviewee did ask similar questions, it was very informal and felt more like a get to know each other rather than a structured process.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had 4 rounds - call with a recruiter, hiring manager, and two members of the management team. The questions asked were typical for a PM role, and one round was slightly more technical as I was going for a tech-leaning PM role.
