I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UBS (Pune) in Sep 2018
Interview
One techincal test followed by one techincal and one managerial, all went good. Director asked my notice period and then disucsss about the role and responsibilities I would be getting. Asked me to wait for Hr. Later Hr called me and said you are not suitable for this project.
I was expecting 100 percent positive result, but don't know what they actually doing. Most of the people did not get selected. Can see many negative reviews here so don't know if they don't why they are doing the same kind of behavior with most of the people

L1 interview went for about 20 mins where I was asked some basic java, sql questions
Still I have not understood the reason that why I was rejected even if I answered all the question correct. HR should provide some feedback which can help candidate to improve the gaps.
Please value candidate's time.

HR has no clue of what they are doing. They asked to fill a form after HR round and agreed on salary part. Then they asked me to send documents after a couple of days. And boom, no response! At least have some courtesy to tell even if you have changed your mind to hire a candidate.
