I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
A few different interviews with the 3 team members which weren't tough calls, mainly who I am and my experience, but they seemed to focus more on my personality and if I would be a good fit. Then they brought me in for an interview in person, this was much better for me to see the team in person and see if it was a place where I wanted to work.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Miami, FL)
Interview
Applied online, received an email for a phone interview two weeks later. Long turn around time between application and next steps. be patient. Phone interviews are difficult, be sure to be in a quiet room with no distractions and headphones to make it easier to listen. questions were based mostly going over your resume so be prepared to discuss any and all points in further detail.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at UBS (Century City, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Be prepared to work with a recruiter who works with UBS, but not for them. Telephone interview process was initially difficult and tedious. I followed up regularly; however, very little communication from either UBS or the recruiter. In the end, I was strung along, only to not receive an interview.
