UNDP Associate interview questions

Interview consists of online written test and panel interview. The hiring manager pre-selected internal candidate and clarify preference of re-hiring them. Prepared question and guided them, made sure other interviewee feels discomfort and demotivated. Despite bad written test, chosen them and in interview board showed extreme biasness. The external candidate feels awkward and panel also reported that incident. Interview has been re-organized and offer has been sent to external candidate. But due to politics, the external refused the offer.

I applied online and was invited for an interview after about 3 weeks. The first phase was a Written test. I its tailored to the job description, in this case creating an activity budget.
