UNDP Intern interview questions

Applied using resume and cover letter. The job was very much what I had been doing (program design/eval/data governance/stakeholder management). 1 Interview of 30 min with the reporting managers. There were 3 interviewers, one senior team lead, two junior leads. I ended up working under one of the juniors leads.

I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.
