The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied for four listings. It took about 1 month to receive a call back. One of my friends applied for 9 months until they received a call. Starts with a basic phone interview verifying your information. They asked why I thought I was a good fit. Then I was sent a timed online assessment/IQ test. Next was face to face with a panel. This was a very easy interview. The hardest part is getting the call. I suggest apply every time they post the job. According to UPS's website they only keep your application for 60days.
Within two weeks of applying online, I had a phone interview with the head HR lady in Atlanta. After successful completion of that, I was sent an online assessment to complete. You must pass the test in order to move to the next step in the interview process. The test had 18 questions and was given 20 minutes to complete it. It was pretty challenging. After passing that, I was called in for a panel interview.

Interview
I applied online on Feb 3rd. I was called in April 29th for an on the spot phone interview. I passed that. I was sent an assessment online (which is timed and ridiculous). I made it to question 11 out of 25. I was all about quality over quantity. I definitely would never pass this in the real world. They called the next day and offered me an in person interview. I wasn't sure of when the lady would call me. We kept playing phone tag. They're not allowed to set up interviews through email... eventually they asked me if I really wanted the interview or not and I decided to take it! I'm so thankful I did. I went to the location and first was taken on a tour and was allowed to ask questions. Then I was part of a panel interview and was asked each question in a certain format, (STAR). You must answer this way to get hired.
