UPS Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Panel Interview. You sit down in front of a panel and they give you a series of three questions or scenarios to chose from a couple times and you give your best example from previous experiences on how you relate to one of the three scenarios.

The interview was a bit intense, for me. First, they conduct a phone interview(about 15 minutes). After, if you pass that they send you an assessment which takes 1-2 hours to complete, which you had to pass in order to move forward with the process. The in person interview consisted of a tour of the facility and a panel interview with an HR rep and a supervisor/manager, took about 1-1 1/2.
