UPS interview questions

First applied on their website for the Industrial Engineering full-time position. Signed up for a 1 - 45 minute behavioral interview with a recruiter and the manager I would be working under Received an email with the offer 2 days later

Went to someones room did a lot of un necessary training and talked about what the job entailed. Met with the Union reps and talked about what they were all about and what I would more than likely be doing for the company at that location
