UPS interview questions

The interview process was simple and the training was also simple and included many different types of training as well as assurance for the driver and helper, they made sure I could lift over 50 lbs and was Ok with being in the cold weather.

Phone screen and then follow up conversation that lasted about 15 minutes total asking questions about background, interests, and breaking down the scope of the role. A pretty run of the mill process quite honestly.
