UPS interview questions

This is a 1 on 1 interview they will ask you can you work in the US, do you have documentation, do you have a heartbeat, and can you pass a criminal background check ................................................................................................................................................................................................

Group setting at warehouse, very casual. I was late so I went alone, basic questions. Was more of an orientation and offer. I think there was a background check but I dont remember, no physical or drug test but must clearly indicate you have no physical limitations or ergonomic deficiencies.
