I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Dallas, TX)
Interview
There's a test that ultimately determines if you have common sense and basic math skills. If you pass that, then you are subject to a phone interview by the national HR site. (This is new and quite different from the old process) If you pass both tests, the HR site will do a background check. Assuming everything went well, your name will go into a pool of other names. FYI, just because you pass these tests does not guarantee you a spot. You still have to do a formal interview with the hiring manager.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UPS (Oakland, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Interview was easy. The interviewer was very friendly. We didn't talk about prior experience. She just asked if i was willing to work early mornings and if my pay was enough. Talked about sports for most of the interview. Overall i liked the interviewer a lot. This was my first interview where the majority of the time was not focused on what the job entailed.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Apr 2013
Interview
Easy and just to ensure you know what you're getting into. They want to know that you are seriously interested in working there. There's not much else. If you pass a basic background check, you've got the job.
