I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Gainesville, FL) in Apr 2011
Interview
Pretty basic- why UPS, how is your work ethic, how do you work with others. I went into the office and spoke with a manager. It was a pretty laid back process. I also met someone else who works in the store via an introduction. Overall, not a stressful interview but you have to have your basic reasons/answers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Palm Springs, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview was easy. Talked about requirements, hours and pay. Benefits are great once your full time, along with vacation. Holiday hours will be long with extra days added in. No offer yet, said they were interviewing for another week.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at UPS (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2011
Interview
I moved up from loader to Pkg car driver the to semi driver.the only interview was to be hired as a part time loader. People move up when they have enough seniority.when go to another position with the company there isn't another interview.if you decide that you want to move to management then there would be another interview
