I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at UPS (Overland Park, KS) in Jul 2015
Interview
I arrive on time, but was not told which floor to go to. I went to the wrong one, called for my interviewer and proceeded to wait for an hour because I was on the wrong floor. She apparently didn't get the message that I was there, because when finally found she thought I was a no show. She took a very brief few minutes with me but I didn't get the impression it was any more than a courtesy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
She asked about my experience with data entry in Excel and Access.
The interview was straight forward. This company's interview was like every other process. Once I arrived, I was told what I was going to be doing and if I was able to relate to the work that was necessary. Everything was clear and informative. I rate this experience an overall positive experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
Very in depth, wanting to know more about you, your personality and whether you fit into the role. Wanted to know what you bring to the table, but also how you handle everyday problems. Process was rather quick, phone interview followed by one on one and then a follow up with the director.
