UPS interview questions

Interview was easy. You basically have the job if you go in. They get a bunch of people in a room and tell you the requirements. For males, its no long hair and a shave. You then watch videos about what you'll be doing and then it concludes with you giving your info from documents.

discuss my self and what I have accomplished in my short period of my time. They had me stay and answer several questions. What is the most difficult customer you ever had and why? How did you correct that?
