I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process normally takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. During the first interview, it's likely you'll be interviewed by two employees -- one who is hiring for the position, the other who is the director of the team in which the position is for. 2/3 of the interview is spent asking typical interview questions, sometimes they repeat the same questions, but phrased in a different way, so be careful because you will obviously not be able to repeat your answers or use the same "STAR" examples. Thus, be sure to have multiple examples to use for questions that start with "Tell me about a time...". Before the last 1/3 of the interview, which is left for you to ask questions, the interviewer(s) will ask you 1-2 case questions. Some of them are related to business/management, others are completely unrelated, but they are all designed to test your thought process. Overall, the interviews are a bit long-winded, but if you truly prepare well, you'll be sure to shine as an interview process of this length really gives you the opportunity to show them your true skills/characteristics. The interviewers are also very kind and professional.
