No process...submit resume/application and schedule your shift. Nothing more too it. Just make sure the position you want is available and rush to apply. Spots fill up fast in most areas

Classic in-person interview experience. Hiring manager was personable and asked pretty common questions. The only reason I'm neutral and not positive was that he basically told me I'd receive an offer post-background check and I received a decline the next morning before the background check even occurred. I don't mind getting turned down, I'd just prefer a bit more transparency!
