I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
Took the tour. HR did a good job scaring people away with "hard labor, early morning/late night, etc". I asked a few drivers and they said it wasn't super hard, just a little tough if not a morning person.

What would you do if a workplace accident occurred?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Harrisburg, PA) in Sep 2013
Interview
They took me around the building then ask a few questions. Easy questions. Just want to know who you are. They let you talk with an employee who is still unloading. After the tour they bring you back into this room where they ask if you want to work here or no. I agreed they put me right with the manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had an interview with the manager, they quickly cut to the chase. Why do you want to work here. And if you have proper transportation. Last, can you handle the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Eugene, OR) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online and said what times I was available to be called. I got a scheduled day of when they would call me. They called me a few days before because they really needed help fast. The interview was by phone for me. The woman on the phone called me around 5, the whole interview was maybe 5 minutes, she asked a few questions about my physical capabilities and it was very easy.
