Quiet.constant amount of videos.I was instructed to be safe and to help others when asked of my assistance. I was told not to exit doorways/parking areas unless off clock. Injuries were my fault and not their responsibility.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
Scheduled interview/tour over internet. Very quick interview with a few general questions..... why do you want to work for UPS? Do you have a felony? I am currently on probation for a state jail felony and it did not effect the hiring process at all. I was still hired.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS in Aug 2014
Interview
Very intense interview from a team approach involving a role play scenario. The group consisted of two sales managers and an HR contact. The follow up after this nearly 90 minute interview took over two weeks to come and was delivered only by email. Felt very much like a big company form letter despite the team stating it was very focused on the region and district level having such strong local support and communication.

Question 1
There were no real difficult questions just the unexpected impromptu presentation. The process planning and interview was scheduled professionally but the follow up and communication after that was very poor and impersonal.
