You must fill out an application online. HR will you usually contact you to come in for a tour of the building. After the tour if you get a second call it will usually be for an interview. Hiring during peak season is a little different. It also helps to know someone who works there.

Question 1
What would you do if hear about an employee stealing?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2013
Interview
First they bring you to a UPS center closest to you, then you wait in a room till a manager is called to explain the job, your salary, and what you'll be doing there and when that's all said and done you wait to get called into one of their offices to finish your application and start the hiring process.
Easy interview, they basically want to make sure you are who you say you are after applying online. No need for a resume or anything else. Interviewer basically just gave a synopsis of the job and told you when to show up for orientation.

Question 1
Nothing really drilling. Unexpectedly simple. You may need to wait for an interview for a bit since they schedule a lot of people at the same time.
