UPS interview questions

Spoke with HR about the job and was told I may be called for an in-person or phone interview. Ended up only having a phone interview then HR let me know I was offered the job and what the pay was.

No interview, fill out form online and watch orientation videos, then go in person for orientation and training, the process was very easy, they hire most people that are interested and have a revolving door, many people enter and exit the company at least in the package handler position
