UPS interview questions

One interview with a panel. Mainly discussing resume and projects. Asked why us, introduce yourself, and other common questions. Relaxed interview that focused on personality. Generally pleasant experience. About one hour.

I was invited to spend about an hour trying out the process to see if it was a good fit. It was kind of an anti-interview because they need to see if you really can handle the job. So I helped unload a large truck for 30 minutes with a nice fellow. Then I loaded a truck for 30 minutes with a freindly worker. Then I was invited back for a group meeting to ask questions and sign a contract. Very friendly people.
