All applicants must first start by submitting an online application to a general pool. Once the season hiring period begins the applicant will begin to recieve callbacks from the District HR who explains the job description, compensation, and then offers a 1:1 interview. Once the 1:1 interview is complete they generally offer a job on the spot. After that an orientation session must be complete which you are compensated for and then you are basically on call daily as needed.
