UPS interview questions

Phone interview with two ASMs. Talking about the position, my sales experience, what you do when plans change or a client postpones. We talked about specific situations and how I would handle them.

No interview is needed. Once you apply, they will give you a start date. During orientation, you’ll be shown how the work works. Sometimes, you won’t get a start date; they will let you know by email when to start, but that is rare.
