very easy. they are always looking for new hires. as long as you go into the interview you will probably get the job. after you make it a few months you get into the union. you get a 401k and other benefits even as part timer

Interview consisted of very basic questions that cover your ability to handle job tasks and expectations. Were not really any weird or any gotcha questions. Was a very straightforward process.
