Really chill. They had it set up as a bunch of classes kind of. They broke up the big group of us into smaller groups. That way it was a little bit more personable as opposed to just talking to the entire group.

Interview
I went for a recruitment drive, It took around 15 minutes. General questions. Pretty easy and the pay is good. I wa offered the job but rejected it as it was far away from my house.
Orientation with a group of people. Covered all the shifts and pay. Pick your shift. Sit-down interview with recruiter that lasted maybe 10 minutes. Background check that took two weeks.
