You apply online, then pick a date to do a tour of the HUB. Once the tour is done you will have the interview process. They will tell you about the company in a room then take you one by one and ask you some questions. Once the process everything they will assign you a place to go take a drug test. Once the drug test is complete you will be contacted with a start date.

For the initial interview you attend a tour of the building. During that period of time you have an initial interview with Human Resources personnel . The next phase is a call back from the company after your background check meets their minimum standards. You then schedule a second interview with upper management. If management likes you, then you get the chance to join the company.
