they just talk to you and see if you can handle the position. you do a tour of the facility. go back and talk to hr after, and they see if you're still interested. some people are scared off. they like people who are in school and may possibly have a future with the company. they don't want people looking for temporary employment unless it is peak season. it was a pretty painless experience. they hire all the time for these positions. a trainer once told me this job is not for the weak and feeble keep that in mind.

I had an interview then the next day a trial. The overall was pretty easy. They ask you about your holiday to make sure you are available during christmas period.

Filled out my profile online and applied for a part time package handler position. After clicking the submit button I was automatically prompted to select a time to tour the facility.
Met with HR, a few managers and the toured the hub.
I received a call later in the evening from HR that my background check was good and asked me to come in for training the next day.
