Interview
Applied on website. They immediately scheduled me for an interview. It was about an hour long process. They explain the pay and benefits and let you choose your work shift. Then you fill out paperwork and they tell you it will be about a week before you here anything but the next interview would be a tour of the facility

Interview
I applied for the overnight shift. It was a group interview with only 4 other people. The guy took us into the warehouse and showed us the different departments. It was very hot. However, if after the Walk thru you was still willing to work, they let you stay for 5-10 mins for a one on one interview.
