I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online. Within a week, Human Resources scheduled a tour of the facility. I took the tour, and was told they would call for an interview with HR. A few weeks later, I had an interview with HR who then scheduled a face-to-face meeting with a shift supervisor. After that meeting, I was scheduled for training the following week.

I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Buffalo, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an appointment date. I attended along with more than 10 candidates and had a short tour of the facility. The HR representative went over the union benefits, and asked my group to write our names on a clip board along with our phone numbers. He then told us to come back for the actual interview. I was called in first. After it, the HR representative told me someone from UPS will call me without a specified time frame

Interview
An HR person will show you around the facility and go over your tasks. While the on the tour they will inform you the UPS has a unionized workforce that you must join. While the company itself offers great benefits, a structured schedule, The Union will snatch over 150 dollars in the first three weeks alone. That broke the deal for me, great for those trying to live alone, not worth it for high school/ college kids who need extra cash.
