Interview
Brought in during peak season hiring. We were given a sheet of paper and filled out a small application. Each person was taken into a separate space one by one and one. I was asked about my experiences similar to the job and where my interest stemmed from.

Interview
After applying online, I was offered an interview/tour two business days later. When I arrived I got a tour of the facility with quick explanations about the different stations I'd be working in and what I'd do. Then I was briefly introduced to the manager, who after a minute or two of small-talk signaled the HR rep to move forward with the hiring process for me. We went back to her office and answered some basic biographical info for a background check, and was offered the job pending receiving a clear BG check. Very simple process.
