This was easy. A group of us went to the UPS building, they took us out to a trailer and debriefed us on the job, then we took an assessment, and went home. If they called you in to help, you got paid. I personally was called in every day for the 2 seasonal months I worked.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (New York, NY) in Nov 2016

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Havelock, NC) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online and scheduled an appointment. You will get an email for your day. We were each taken into the backroom and had an interview, if you can call it that. Orientation later that day. We watched safety videos and went over rules. They seem to hire anyone with a pulse. Many different kinds of people were present; fat, skinny, guys, girls, young, old. I had absolutely no work experience and I was accepted without any problem. Perfect way for NEETs to become more like normies.
