I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Bakersfield, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was pretty simple. We showed up to the UPS factory and the interviewer gave us a quick tour of the facility. She then explained to us that the job was pretty hard on the body so if we were chose we would have to be ready. She took two of us in to the back and did most of the talking and sent us on our way afterwards. Overall pretty easy.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UPS (Yorktown, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
This interview process was much more an orientation, and much less a true interview. Depending on the year, I think that they are sometimes more or less selective with their hiring process. I know that It is very selective to become a full-time driver.
