I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Warwick, RI) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was a pretty quick process. You apply online and you are instantly made aware of a date and time for an interview. The interviewer was very prompt and professional. Was there at exactly the time specified on the email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you able to lift 70-pound packages? Are you able to work 20 hours a week? Have you worked previously for this company? How soon can you start?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very easy. You go in to meet with the HR and he will send you a email with your start date. You respond back quickly you can start ASAP. You go in the HUB with 6-9 people with you where the HR basically talk about the job, the duties and the pay. He walk you to the HUB (warehouse) where he then show you where you will be working and whom you will be working upon.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jun 2016
Interview
There was virtually no interview when you first apply to UPS. You get a date to show up and get an overview of the company by an HR rep. They do a background check on you and if selected, you will get a call to begin the initial training program. Again there was not much of an interview.
