Entering into the US military is a very difficult process. There are several steps one must take to be approved to answer the military. I would first advise anyone looking to get into the military to talk with a recruiter and conduct their own online research with each branch prior to accepting any position. After deciding which position would best fit you. The ASVAB test is used to determine your aptitude and skill level and is utilize to determine what position you are eligible for. It is best to see what job you are wanting to do and ensure you study to the best of your ability to reach that score necessary.

lots of tests and background checks, sit up in MEPS for a day while waiting for a large number of other people to go through the same process. IDK why this is making me type 50 words. It is like going to the DMV to do anything, take a number and wait.
