Interview
No interview per se. The process involved gathering personal paperwork, attending entry medical evaluations, making a decision on which jobs you would be interested in after taking the ASVAB test, and also deciding where you would like to be stationed.

The most difficult part of the process for me was deciding when to leave for boot camp based on which jobs were available and when I wanted to end my life as a civilian.

took the AFOQT. Passed a bunch of physical fitness tests. Consistently passed random UAs. Needed a 4-yr degree. 5 week intensive officer training course.

Interview
To get in as a civilian it takes months and months, if you are not prior military you probably won't get it. Once you're in, it can take several months for security clearances to come through.
