Series of questions to determine prior work experience, decision making, and personality traits. The questions focus around past experiences and seek successes in difficult scenarios. The interview was with a panel of members that took turns asking questions. The questions did not really build on each other, but were multipart questions.

Go through a day-long process to test you physically and mentally. You have to pass the ASVAB with a score high enough to qualify for entry. The day process is long and boring, and you will go through numerous tasks for qualification for the military in general. When you meet with the Air Force branch at MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station) where you discuss your interest in the Air Force, which job you want to enter that you qualify for, etc.
