Interview
Telephone interview. Was asked very few questions related to the actual job, but more about affecting change and leadership principles. Because I had worked for this company in a different area, the interviewers were familiar with me and my work. The interview panel consisted of the supervisor, flight chief, and the deputy commander.

Talk to a recruiter got 55 on my ASVAB, passed MEPS, sent to basic training 8.5 weeks. Passed basic training, went to tech school. Did tech school for 6 months, graduated and assigned a duty station.

Interview
You go to a recruiter, they make sure your ASVAB test is current, then show you a list of available jobs within your test range. Once you select a job, you get a ship date for basic training. After basic, you go to Technical School to learn your selected job. From there you go to your first duty station and begin performing your job.
