There is no real interview process, but you do have to go through questions about your lifestyle and background. After taking the standardized entry exam and physical assessment, I underwent two months of basic training and an additional month of job specific training.
There is no interview for enlisting in the military. You sign up, are assigned a date to report to boot camp, and shipped off on that date. You spend 8 weeks getting yelled at and then report to either more training or your permanent duty station.

Fairly Easy did not ask much questions. They pretty much processed quick enough to put me in since they were targeting many students to join. They were undermanned at that time of the year.
