Board process and package of paperwork is sent for review. Panel of 3 personnel sit on the board, multiple questions, could be a multiple of answers that are correct, it is simply based on how you respond, how would you handle difficult scenarios.

you show up and sign a bunch of papers and then you have to duck walk and an old doctor looks your butt hole. they will sign up any one regardless of qualifications other than passing the electronic exam. no social skills required. they also take the cost of your uniform out of your first 3 paychecks.
