I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Navy in Sep 2015
Interview
There was a scenario that was excellent. It was challenging but it was relevant and I'm sure it will weed out those who applied who do not currently work as a targeteer in their current jobs. It will also weed out those who have done the job in the past but are not up to speed with the current systems available.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at US Navy (Washington, DC) in May 2011
Interview
Lengthy process involving application, interview, medical screening and other tasks. The length and level of difficulty can change depending on the "needs of the Navy", time of year, and location, to name a few factors. It's largely handled out of the officer recruiting districts in each state/region.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at US Navy (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2011
Interview
Easy interview. Just take the test.. pick what you are qualified for, pass the physical and join. No big deal. There isn't a lot more to say here. You pretty much take the test and you're in. It's not a typical job, so it's done differently, obviously.

Question 1
A ton on the test, but they're all general knowledge nothing to stress over.
