go to recruiter, take ASVAB, select job at regional MEPS, go to boot camp, finish boot camp, go to technical school training, graduate from tech school, on ship for 3 to 5 years. You may or may not receive civilian certification at technical schools. Most do not offer this option. Information Systems Technician will give you that option.

Depends on the needs of the navy and the war situation at the time whether or not they'll accept you into the navy to begin with. Then it depends on your asvab scores on what job that you qualify for.

Interview
There is no interview process, you will go to a recruiter and they will screen your eligibility to join the United States Navy. If they prove you to be eligible to join then you will take the ASVAB exam in order to determine what ratings you qualify for once you complete basic training.
